Benefits of Oregano Oil

The oregano that we find in food or the type we see among the spices at the super market
might not be oregano but sweet marjoram or Mexican sage, they have a mild flavor if compared to true oregano.
Oregano oil comes from a spice loaded with minerals. Wild oregano grows on calcium soil rocks, some of the major minerals that this spice has are
calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, copper, zinc, boron, potassium and manganese.
Oregano Oil is among the essential oils the strongest inhibitors against overgrown yeast.
Oregano oil has been proven effective against numerous species including, Bacillus cereus, Salmonella, enteritidis, Candida albicans, Enterococeus, etc.
Oregano oil penetrates into the system (body) breaks up congestion, and kills microbes.
To make sinus drops - Mix oregano oil with water or olive oil. Snort 2
or 3 drops as often as needed to open congestion.
Oregano oil kills stubborn toe-nail fungus. The penetrating quality of the vapors
permeates deeply enough to root out and kill fungus.
For toenail fungus: Put 1 or 2 drops of undiluted oregano oil on a cotton pad and tape it directly to the toenail
only, avoid touching your skin. You may need to do this twice per day for a couple of months.
As food supplement you can
drink regularly, 3
drops of oregano oil mixed on juice or water as preventative medicine.
