Bison Burgers
1 package Bison Burger Patties (3-pack)
1 tablespoon steak spice rub
3 whole wheat hamburger buns
3 tablespoons Guacamole
1. Season the burger patties with the spice rub about 30 minutes before grilling
2. Once grill (or gill pan) is heated, grill patties on each side for about 3 minutes, or until cooked medium.
3. To serve: add a tablespoon of guacamole to the inside bun and the cooked patty. Serve with side salad of choice.
